Chandler Building Company (CBC) has been in business in the beautiful Portland, Oregon metropolitan area for over 20 years. We are based in Beaverton, Oregon, and work in the tri-county area, which includes Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington counties. We provide services for commercial and residential clients, both in new construction and general remodeling projects.
Our craftsmen pride themselves on quality workmanship. We use a "craftsman's" experienced touch, modern and well-maintained equipment, the finest materials, and expertise to give our clients the perfection they can count on. Tim Chandler, owner, personally visits and oversees each job. He is often found working right alongside and with his craftsmen.

We are known for our fine finish carpentry and satin-smooth painting, as seen in the custom-made mantle and staircase shown here.
